The failure on this measurement is 7%. Can I then trust the results?

7% is a low error rate and would not be a problem in interpretation.
However, it could be that the filter system has not filtered everything that seems unphysiological.
This high flame until 3 p.m. is striking. The pulse curve would now not indicate artefacts or arrhythmias. Do you have a scatterplot from HRVmed?

you have to buy the MED-ANALYSE. There you can see the scatterplot, histogramm, tachogramm...
