you have a good looking lifefire for your age. Some other clients would be jealous!
Please do not compare yourself with the Lifefire pictures that are often used on the homepage or in examples. Often these are younger people. The lifefire looks denser, higher and more colorful. With more life experience, hrv is reduced. But that's perfectly fine and that's the way it is. Your measurement looks optically very good, and the values that you see here in the community below the picture speak for good vitality and that you are doing a lot right!
