Looks like you're doing a lot right. A first indication of this is the biological age, which is a few years below your calendar age.
You get your best result during the morning communication, i.e. this is where your strength lies. Good break management would certainly be important. You have logged a great many mental activities in which you perform differently. Perhaps taking a few short breaks in between to breathe deeply would help maintain your energy level. But based on your values, I could also imagine that you would benefit from activation - sport. Are you doing something like that?
