Hi. I just startet the measurement a couple of days ago, and I struggle to understand how to read the measurement in real-time on the app. When I have changed the activity, the upper diagram shows the former activity (even after 5 min), and I get a prompt that there are signs of exhaustion, but it says it was during the last activity, so I do not understand how to understand the realtime messages and visuals. How quickly or in real time the analysis can take place depends partly on the connection between the cell phone and the chest strap sensor, but also on how quickly data is sent from the cell phone to the analysis portal for analysis and back to the cell phone.
Depending on the cell phone model and tariff provider, this works at different speeds.

In general, however, data packets are only analyzed after a duration of 5 minutes; shorter measurement periods would not record certain HRV frequencies (Very Low Frequency) and therefore would not make them evaluable. This means that a certain time delay will always occur when analyzing the HRV.

But if you click on the pulse, you will receive a real-time assessment of your current pulse in red/yellow/green.
