Why does my measurements look like this

Hi all.
It's the first time using the sensor...after a first measurement, I am not that happy with the result.
My biological age si 10 years more than my age
I've selected activities during the day but they are not shown on the analysis
I've measured more than 24h, still it says less than 23h.
Is it normal to have this results/behaviour?

Thanks for your measurement. Let's start with the technical aspects.
It's possible that if you end the app manually, but not all data has been loaded into the app yet, the data may be missing. The next time you finish a measurement, make sure that all data has already been analyzed in the app.
Do you remember which activities weren't included here? Once the measurement is complete, you can add the activities. You can do this directly in the analysis portal within the measurement. This will give you more accurate results.
However, if we now look at the content, this won't change anything about, for example, your biological age. This isn't dependent on activities, but on general heart rates. So, heart rate levels day and night, how well-developed your heart rate ranges are, etc. In your case, I could imagine that it's strongly related to the quality of your sleep or breathing; I would see room for improvement here.
